| In order to print a Knights of Lithuania membership application, you must follow this link Application. Mail your completed membership application and the appropriate dues to: Knights of Lithuania Supreme Council c/o Sr. Johanna Marie - 2nd Vice President, Membership 6727 South California Avenue Chicago, IL 60629 Please remember to submit one application for each person requesting membership. So see a list of current Councils and thier locations please click here. Types of Membership Regular Members are individuals 16 years or older who are practicing Roman Catholics and of Lithuanian Ancestry. Associate Members are non-Lithuanian Roman Catholic spouses of Regular members. Junior Members are those Lithuanian Roman Catholics between the ages of 6 and 18. |
